Why Do We Get Fat? Easy Way Of Losing Weight.
The Problem
People often are sad because they put up some weight either because there were some holidays and they ate many traditional foods either because they stopped exercising, probably because of bad weather. They feel really bad or they think there is a huge difference from two days ago. Others just don’t understand it or they think their weight is ok but after a month they weight themselves and they find out they have put 5 kilos.
The Reason
People usually put up weight in the winter holidays and in the spring holidays. Some people are trying to lose weight in the summer and some other,the majority, don’t swim in the summer because they are stressed about the way they look. Also many people put up weight because they think they are slim, and in many cases they are, and they just stop caring about their weight with the illusion that they will never put up weight again and what’s worst they start eating a lot and with no exercise they put up weight in no time at all.
The Preparation
Before you start trying to lose weight you must make some “preparations”. First of all stop all the bad habits. e.g. Everyday you were going to work where you ate some crackers. You were going out with some friends and you all ate too much to show each other how much you can eat.You must set a programme.Not mainly about food but more about how you are going to spend you time. Find some friends who also are willing to lose weight and try to find a day that you all can go and exercise into a gym or take up a hobby. A vital point is to weight write down your kilos and set an aim. You must convince yourself that you are on a diet and that you will keep the programme.
How To Get It Done
Well period plays an important role. Summer is the best time to lose weight and built up your metabolism because you have tons of free time with nothing to do and you can not only exercise in many sectors and except losing weight gain some experience but you can also swim which is the best exercise in the world and no only lose weight but built up a nice body. However, don’t take u swimming if you dislike it as a sport because i say so. If you don’t like the sport you are doing you wont exercise as much as if you were doing something you like. Take up any sport you like, the point is to exercise! Waking up late when it possible stops you from eating breakfast and you eat instantly lunch. That is sometimes good, but even though you lose a meal you become more hungry later. The best thing you can do is to eat a full breakfast so you wont get much hungry in the rest of the day. You should try to reduce a little all of your meals but make sure you eat till you start feeling full 3 times a day and try to avoid eating many little meals which may leave huge “gaps” in your stomach. Also try not to think about it and weight everyday. It brings you anxiety and you think tha it doesn’t works or you are doing it wrong. Anxiety brigs hunger so try not to think about it all the time. Set a day and weight very week in that day!
Results
I will tell you the results i got last summer. I was 1,67m and i weight about 68kilos. That’s about 11 kilos above the normal. In a period of 3 months(summer holidays) I ended like being 1,73m and weighting 61 kilos. That’s 3 kilos below normal. Now I am 1,76m weighting 69 kilos but it’s really nice because i built up kind of a nice body and muscles weight more than at so it’s perfect, but still I am waiting for the summer period to build better body!(These are my personal results so dont be 100% that they will work for you. You may lose less weight or you may lose even more than me!)
